Help - chronic snacking
Hey I need advice on snacks to buy that are tasty yet low calorie (both sweet and salty). My plan is to stock these up in my office.
Lately my meals are on point but I find myself going over 1200 cals cause there are so many snacks around :( chocolates and chips and whatnot. I’m at work almost the entire day, from 8:30am-7pm and I bring in my own lunch (healthy, usually a protein and salad - 350-500 calories max)and breakfast (protein powder with Greek yoghurt). I usually cave into coffee too but helps since both my dinner and lunch are not huge (dinner is similar to lunch). I don’t have the energy or time to prep snacks beyond this.
What are snacks that are satisfying to much on and help you guys survive especially around 4pm??! Essentially the lower in calories the better but I’d say max 100-200?
