The best tennis shoes in 2024?

I think most people can agree that Nike has given up on all innovation for tennis shoes. Not even their pros wear current Nike models.

I recently decided to try the Nike Sabrina 2's, and frankly, I prefer them over any tennis shoes l've tried in recent years. My recent pair was the On Roger Pro II, but I prefer the Sabrina's. I don't think the durability will equal that of a tennis specific shoe, but the responsiveness is amazing. I guess that shouldn't be surprising, considering all of the capital, research, and innovation that is directed into the Nike basketball department (and no one at Nike gives AF about tennis).

Check out these custom ID Sabrina 2's (Air Rust). I designed them taking inspiration from Agassi's Air Tech Challenge 2, in hot lava. Nike's tennis shoe colorways are also pretty terrible, so these throw back to what is probably their golden age in tennis shoe design.
